Heart Meditation - Self-Compassion (20 min)

In the Osho Book of wisdom he recommends this technique to connect with the qualities of the heart for Self-compassion, compassion, empathy and trust

 

In the ancient Indian scrips of the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra the god Bhairava relates to his beloved wife Bhairavi though 112 Tantric meditation methods. In this one, nr. 16 from the serie he says: „Blessed one, as senses are absorbed in the heart, reach the center of the lotus.“

 

While listening to music, listen to it from the heart. Feel the music coming to your heart; let your heart vibrate with it. Let your senses be joined to the heart, not to the head. Try this with all your senses, feel them passing through your heart and dissolve.
